Antonino Licandro Imprimer

Antonino Licandro (Tony) has been practising law for over 30 years and has accumulated extensive experience in several areas of the law with a particular emphasis in Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial, and Wills and Estates (Succession) law.

Tony’s practice includes acting on: purchases, sales and financing of residential and commercial real estate, and businesses; mortgage enforcement, including Foreclosures and Powers of Sale; municipal development applications; applications to the Committee of Adjustment and appeals relating thereto; drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney whether straight forward or complex, with a view to reducing probate tax, where practical and in a client’s best interests to do so having regard to their situation; and incorporation and corporate changes, including dissolutions.

Tony’s attention to detail is second to none and his clients expect nothing less. He enjoys analyzing a matter for a client and proposing a solution that is reasonable, sound and efficient. If he cannot do so, he will refer the matter to a colleague who will be able to.
