Hilary Chung Print
Hilary is a member of LMR’s Civil Litigation Group. She graduated from Queen’s University in 2012 with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2015. While at Western, Hilary was a supervisor at the school’s community legal clinic, as well as a research assistant in the area of health law.
After completing her articles at a mid-sized Toronto law firm, Hilary returned to her home city of Ottawa in 2016. Before joining LMR in 2019, Hilary acquired broad litigation experience representing both individual and corporate clients before numerous levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and several administrative tribunals. She is also well versed in alternative dispute resolution methods.
Hilary is most passionate about the intersection between law and health, and is driven by her desire to help clients in their times of need. She provides advice and representation in all areas of civil litigation, including personal injury and insurance matters. She is happy to represent her clients in both official languages.
Hilary is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the County of Carleton Law Association and the Advocacy Club. Hilary maximizes her time outside of the office by spending time in nature, hiking in Gatineau park, and discovering lesser known trails in the National Capital Region.
