Mitchell Leitman

Mitchell has been practising in the area of real estate law since his call to the Ontario bar in 1997.  He has counted amongst his clients everyone from individual home buyers and sellers, to some of the largest commercial and residential (both single family and condominium) developers in the country.  His commercial practice has involved acting for purchasers, vendors and lenders on complex transactions.  Mitchell also continues his practice in trusts and estate planning and administration.

Mitchell’s extensive experience and the practical solutions he provides, allow him to deliver quality and cost-effective legal services to his clients.

As a native of Montreal, Mitchell is pleased to interact with his clients in both English and French.

Mitchell is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canada).
