Marc Polikar is an associate lawyer in LMR’s Business Law Group, where he practices in corporate and commercial law with a focus on business transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of assets and shares. With a background in retail management prior to law, Marc is committed to supporting businesses by providing practical advice and assistance with their legal needs.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria in 2015, and both his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University in 2024. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
Marc is bilingual, fluent in English and French.
