Ron Tomosk practices in the areas of Wills and Estates, Estate Planning, Commercial Law, and Real Estate Law. He is legal counsel to one of Canada’s largest credit unions and is Chairman of the advisory committee of the Ottawa branch of a major Ontario credit union. He is the trusted legal adviser to a number of community-based organizations involved in a variety of activities including wildlife conservation and disability issues. Ron’s area of practice includes estate planning for parents of children with special needs and guardianship applications.

Ron has spoken to numerous groups and written articles on matters involving real estate, wills, powers of attorney and estate planning and administration. He is the recipient of the REACH Canada Volunteer Lawyer of the Year award for 2005.

Ron belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association: Estate Planning, Business Law and Real Estate Sections, the Carleton County Law Association, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
