JONATHAN COLLINGS

Jonathan has a broad commercial and civil litigation practice where he has garnered experience addressing all manners of disputes affecting individuals and corporations; from estates tugs-of-war to defamation actions to negligence actions and construction matters.  He has particular experience in the area of employment law and wrongful dismissal.  No matter the area of law, Jonathan consistently works diligently with his clients to broker an appropriate solution and if required, to proceed to trial.

He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Provincial Court on a wide range of matters. Jonathan has also appeared before the Assessment Review Board and the Human Rights Tribunal.  He joined Low Murchison Radnoff LLP in 2010 before which he worked at a boutique litigation firm with a focus on commercial litigation, employment law and wrongful dismissal.

Jonathan is a member of several professional organizations, including the County of Carleton Law Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Outside of law, his community involvement includes volunteer activities and culinary tourism.
