DAVID DWOSKIN

Mr. Dwoskin practices in commercial and construction law and litigation.  He was the past Chairman of the Eastern Region Deputy Judge’s Association and has been a Deputy Judge of the Ottawa Small Claims Court for the last 15 years.  In addition, he has been a contract instructor for Carleton University since 1993 in Private and Public Law and a Bar Admission Course instructor with the Law Society of Upper Canada in civil procedure since 1991.

Mr. Dwoskin joined Radnoff, Pearl as an articling student in 1976 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1978.  He received his Law Degree from the University of Manitoba, a diploma in town planning from the Faculty of Architecture in the University of Manitoba and graduated with distinction from the school of Engineering at McGill University.

Mr. Dwoskin is an advocate in all Ontario courts as well as Boards including the Assessment Review Board, The Ontario Municipal Board, The Ontario Renting Housing Tribunal and The Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Mr. Dwoskin served as a Vice-Chairman for the Ottawa Gymnastics Club and was a Director for the Ottawa Big Brother’s Association and The National Capital Association for the Hearing Impaired.
